CA. Vikash Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Fellow Company Secretary, and Law Graduate (LLB) with 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and advisory. He started his career with PwC and held senior positions with EY, Deloitte, BakerTilly India, Metalsa Group, Tata Motors, Claris Group, and Polycab Group.

Before joining BRAINS, Vikash was Tax Partner at BakerTilly India and Tax Lead at Polycab India Ltd., a listed company with a turnover of over ₹9,000 crore, where he managed large tax assignments, GST credits, and key regulatory matters, including DGGI and Supreme Court cases. He also served as Finance Controller for India operations at Mexico-based Metalsa Group.

At BRAINS, Vikash leads the Advisory practice, driving tax, litigations, process automation, internal controls, and offshore business development. His expertise spans tax structuring, costing, budgeting, inventory, and fixed asset management, helping clients enhance profitability through practical solutions.

Vikash is a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI Ahmedabad, a visiting faculty at XLRI Jamshedpur, and a contributor to leading tax journals like Taxsutra. He is also a member of Mensa International and actively involved in social organisations including Lions Club, Rotary Club Sarvam, Agarwal Sammelan, and Founder Trustee of Shree Agrawal Vikas Mahasabha.
