CA. Shikha Agarwal is a fellow Chartered Accountant with 17+ years of experience in finance and accounts. She began her career with Deloitte, handling clients like Vodafone, Tata Steel, and Tata Motors. A passionate entrepreneur, Shikha started her practice in 2011 and later founded BRAINS AND CO LLP (formerly known as V S Agarwal & Associates LLP)

She has played a key role in the firm’s strategic growth, team building, and leadership development. Under her vision, BRAINS has entered a new era of networking, enhancing its strength and capabilities. She continuously brings innovative ideas and has completed the Diploma in Information System Audit and certifications in Concurrent Audit of Banks, Indirect Taxes, and Artificial Intelligence from ICAI.

Shikha leads the firm’s accounting, audit, and taxation practice. She is an elected Managing Committee Member of the Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI (2025–29), WICASA Chairperson (2025–26), and a member of the Business Women Committee of GCCI and FICCI Flo. She also holds independent directorships in listed companies and frequently speaks at seminars/webinars on audit and taxation.

Socially active, Shikha is associated with Lions Club of Karnavati, Rotary Club Sarvam, All India Marwari Yuva Manch, and Shree  Agarwal Vikas Mahasabha-Gujarat.
