CA. Itu Bajaj, a fellow Chartered Accountant, having 9+ years of post-qualification experience. She leads the compliance practice at BRAINS, overseeing direct and indirect taxation, ROC compliances, statutory and internal audits. she joined BRAINS as a Partner in August 2020.

Known for her detail-oriented and solution-driven approach, Itu plays a key role in ensuring clients’ regulatory adherence while delivering practical, value-added advice. She has been instrumental in strengthening BRAINS compliance systems and supporting businesses across sectors with timely and accurate reporting.

Prior to joining BRAINS, Itu was a partner in a chartered accountancy firm and gained valuable experience in accounting, audit, and taxation, including work with prestigious institutions like IIT (Varanasi).
